Wow! The market is definately still in a funk. Here are the stats for February so far in McHenry. 549 Available homes to purchase 26 under contract so far in February. 6 of these are short sales! Average contract price is $171,088 Let's see if the next 30 days warms up! We should see a great deal of activity as the weather breaks!
